I think what makes me unique in the world of photography isn’t just my experience behind the camera, but in front of one since 2010. Being behind the camera as a model teaches you about how it feels being on both sides.

What is your pricing?

Wedding photos are the longest lasting investment you’ll make towards your wedding day and it’s important that you’ve made the right choice. My wish for your special day is for you to remember how you felt, and not how you were posed. I’ll capture your day in the most authentic and timeless way while catching all of the little details.

How do I confirm my wedding date?

The first step is for us to schedule a phone call in order to help me best understand your needs and expectations. Once we decide on the best custom collection for you, I will prepare and submit a photography contract for your review. As soon as you've returned the contract and sent the 15 percent retainer to save the date, your wedding will be officially booked!

I have a destination wedding, do you travel?

Yes! I will handle the logistics so you won't have to worry about a thing.

I am based in New York, so it is easy to travel to any place in the world.

How do you handle destination weddings?

For destination weddings, I always plan to arrive several days prior. This time frame allows for any travel delays, and gives me time to scout shooting locations for the day of the wedding. During scouting, I often begin taking location and “scene” shots, which help narrate the complete story of your wedding. Typically, I ask that the bride and groom send the paper suite weeks in advance to my photography studio. This way, I can use color coordinating props such as foliage and flowers. This also allows for optimal lighting conditions as well as more time on the day of your wedding to capture only the best moments, as they come.

What happens if you can't attend the wedding due to unforeseen emergency circumstances?

If because of Covid-19, or any other unexpected unforeseen emergency, would be unable to attend your photography session or wedding, I would have one of my senior photographers with 10+ years of experience step in my place. All post production for the final delivery of your gallery will be done under the Jessie Farrell brand so the final product will meet the same standard. You will also have the option of cancelling and receiving a full refund and then finding other arrangements if you so choose.

I will add that I take good care of my self in order to make sure that my health is maintained the weeks leading up to your wedding.

How many images will be included?

For each hour of coverage, I hand curate 70-100 images. The selections are made based on content and composition. I aim for delivering the best images and try to avoid redundancy. Basic retouching may be applied, however, your images will look natural and like you on your best day.

When will I receive my images?

Approximately 6-8 weeks. I take great care in curating and editing the images to ensure only the best quality. These are photos that you're going to have and to cherish for the rest of your lives, and it's important to me that each one is worthy.

Do you provide a wedding album?

Yes! If we discuss your needs and having a wedding album is one of them, I will custom design your album draft with the specific images that tell your story in the most eloquent way. You will receive your first draft within 4-6 weeks of receiving your high resolution digital files. You will then have the opportunity to request revisions such as swapping images or adding/omitting spreads. Once I have your final stamp of approval, I will apply my final edits to the photos and then send them off to production.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

After receiving my Bachelors degree in Photography and working in the field as a fashion photographer for 10 years, I decided to try my hand at wedding photography and quickly fell in love. It means so much to me to be able to be apart of your special day, and it's a responsibility I am honored to have.

In addition, I have worked on the other side of the camera as a model for 13 years. During this time, I've worked as a model with Canon and attended many seminars relating to photography learning from Explorers of light who are the best in the world in their specific field. Learning from the best wedding photographers in the world has helped me gain the specific knowledge I needed to do an amazing job.
